Hi! I’m Kristina.
I’m a yogi, a teacher, and a purveyor of smiles.
I grew up nestled in the Green Mountains of Vermont, and I live and play in the fresh alpine air of the Rocky Mountains of Colorado.
I believe that yoga is for every*BODY*, and that we all benefit from connecting to our breath and becoming more intentional with our movements – both on and off of the mat.
In my Hatha Flow, Vinyasa Flow, and Yin classes, you can expect to feel welcomed, to match your movements with your breath, to be confident in your alignment, to honor the spaces in between movements, and to have the freedom to discover, to explore, and to expand your own heart-centered and joyful practice.
Whether you are a seasoned practitioner of yoga, have taken a break from your regular personal practice, or are looking to begin moving in a more mindful way, my doors are open.
I aim to inspire wonder, movement, and awareness for every body.
Through intentional and fun sequencing, I set the foundation so that you can inquire within, tap into your inner self, listen to your body, uniquely make this practice your own, and joyfully expand from the inside out.
